"I don’t usually take the time to write reviews online, but every now and then a company provides a level of service that either warrants praise or warning, I’m happy to say that in this case J&M Services is the former. I recently had them come to my home to clean my air ducts and vents. They were prompt, did a great job, explained to me what the process was and why they use the systems they use (imagine that a company wanting an educated customer base) and cleaned up completely when they were finished. They had a very straight forward pricing system that is based off the number of vents in your home, no hidden charges at the end like so many others. Best of all, and this may sound odd, but I can smell the difference in my home, the air is fresher, and cleaner I didn’t even notice that it wasn’t before but the air quality is so much better now.
